Turn your next birthday or event into a fun, creative experience at our Custom T-Shirt Bar! While we don't offer a full party package with private rooms for cake or gifts, we provide a hands-on workshop where your group can design and customize their own garments right in our space. Reserve up to two of our workshop tables (each seating 6-8 people) for a dedicated 1-hour slot, while we keep one table open for our regular walk-in customers.

 

  • Reserved Tables: Up to 2 tables for your group (based on party size), ensuring space for everyone to design comfortably.
  • Discounted Group Rate: Special per-guest pricing on garments and customizations.
  • Custom Pre-Printed Graphic: Upload your own graphic (e.g., a birthday theme or event logo), and we'll prepare high-quality direct-to-film prints ready for your group to use during the session. (enough for one per guest)
  • Hands-On Fun: Each guest package comes with 50/75/or 100 points to redeem on hundreds of our pre-made prints, patches, and designs. Our staff will heat-press everything right in front of you! Patches and prints range anywhere from 4 points to 30 points each.

We require a minimum of 6 guests per booking. Larger groups (up to 16 people) can reserve both tables.

Pricing Per Guest:

Choose one garment package for your entire group (all guests must select the same type for simplicity). Prices include the base garment and the custom print point package experience.

  • Crewneck Sweatshirt: $45/ 50 points - $55.00/ 75 points - $70/ 100 points (all per guest)
  • T-Shirt Package: $25/ 50 points - $35/ 75 points - $50/ 100 points (all per guest)
  • Hat Package: $25/ 20 points (all per guest)
  • Tote: $20/ 50 points - $30/ 75 points - $40/ 100 points (all per guest)
  • Baby Bodysuit: $20/ 50 points - $30/ 75 points - $40/ 100 points (all per guest)

 

Garment sizes: Baby, Toddler, Youth Small to Adult 2XL

Garment colors: Black, White, Tan, Grey, Dusty Rose, Military Green, Dusty Blue, Red, Mocha

Hat colors: Many various combinations.  All colors and sizes can be individually selected and mixed at the time of your event. (Sizes and colors are subject to availability)

Totes: Multiple Colors available.

Total cost is calculated as (number of guests) x (package price per guest) + (add ons per guest). A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due onsite on the day of your event.

Booking Policies:

  • Deposit: $100 non-refundable, but you can reschedule once (applying the deposit) if requested at least 5 days before your original date.
  • Cancellations: No refunds on deposits for cancellations. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you are more than 20  minutes late your slot will be forfeited. Time slots will not be allowed to go over the selected times.
  • Group Size: Minimum 6 guests; maximum based on table availability (up to 16).
  • Time Slots: 2 hour. Slots are as follows:  Monday through Friday: 4:00pm – 6pm, 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Saturday and Sunday: 8am- 10am, 10am- 12pm, 12pm- 2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm
  •  Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.
  • Custom Graphics: Email and upload a high-resolution image (transparent .ai or .png 300dpi or better in the exact size you want). This ensures that your graphic is print-ready and ideal to be worn on clothing. Please include exact dimensions and a description. We’ll review and prepare it—simple designs work best!
